I’m looking for two female flatmates between age of 23-31 to sign a one year lease with me on a furnished house in Clapham Junction (2 min away from the station) starting from 28 May 2024 with 6 months break clause.

🏠 The house is two storeys with three bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs. There’s a kitchen downstairs, additional toilet, storeroom and a big living room leading out to a garden with outdoor terrace.

- Room #1 (4x3.3m) = is the bigger room out of the two available.

- ⁠Room #2 (3.33x2m) = is the smaller room.

Each room has a double bed, drawers and closet with garden view out the window.

💰 Monthly rent
Room #1 is £1000
Room #2 is £900

Bills come to around £100 per person per month.

The lease will be subject to the standard tenancy checks by the agent and deposit of £1058 is required.

📍 The flat is conveniently situated close to Clapham Junction station with connections to railway and overground tube, literally less than 2min walk (😍!!) with grocery shops 5 min away.

👯‍♀️ You will be sharing the house with me, a young working professional in my mid-late twenties. I have some days in office and some WFH.
