The flat is located in a quiet street, approximately 1 minute walk from "Abbeville Village" with its selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores.

The Common is 5 minutes walk away, Old Town and the High Street are approximately 10 minutes walk, as are both Clapham Common and Clapham South Underground Stations.

The room will be available initially for a minimum period of 6 months from 1 April 2024.

In addition to the advertised 7 day a week tenancy, I am happy to consider a Monday to Friday tenancy @ £750pcm incl. Bills.
