Short term room to rent in Clapham

Hello,

We are looking for a gay/gay friendly tennant to rent a double room in Clapham for four months. The room is available from April 22nd to the end of August.

The room has a double bed (new since photo taken), chest of drawers, shelves, bedside table/drawers, Sky TV, window onto back garden and mirrored wardrobe.

The apartment is a five minute walk from Clapham North tube, and close to Clapham High Street (many bars, restaurants and shops), several gyms, big Sainsbury's, easy bus links to city (including night buses). Also very close to Clapham High Street overland station and the open space of Clapham Common.

The flat has all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, central heating, Sky TV, unlimited Wifi and weekly cleaner.

There are 3 bedrooms, and you'll be sharing the flat with 2 British gay professional guys. Looking for a like minded housemate to move in. There is no separate lounge room, however the kitchen/living area is big, and has table/chairs, sofa and Sky TV.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

I'm renting my room out over summer as I'm working overseas. I'll leave some of my personal belongings in the room - but there will still be plenty of room for you.

The rent is 750 per month, plus 100 per month for all bills (except phone). One month deposit is required.

Prefer non-smoker, and no drug users please. It's NOT a party flat.
