Communal kitchen and living room which are separate. Ideally located in a quiet and safe road, five minutes walk from Clapham South tube station. Plus the beautiful common itself is a few minutes away, where there are tennis courts or you can go for a morning run! We are around the corner from some great pubs and restaurants(with a Sainsbury's local for essentials) and a short walk away from Clapham Junction's Northcote Road where there are more great bars, cafes and shops. For cyclists there is a separate storage room in the building which is very secure. We also are lucky enough to have a large shared garden which is perfect for sunbathing and BBQs in the summer.

I have been in the flat for 3 years sharing with school friends and feel like it is an ideal home in a perfect location. I have been working within private banking for the last six years and enjoy an active social life living in London. I do like to lead a fairly quiet living style in the flat though as we are considerate of our neighbours who are mature professionals and of each other.
