Huge Double Room In Gay Flatshare - Clapham

We are looking for a gay male flatmate to rent a HUGE double room in Clapham. The apartment is on the ground floor of a Victorian conversion, and has been renovated. It has a small garden out the back.

The bedroom is XL and has a KS bed, large IKEA wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, bedside table, 3-seater sofa, large bay window with lots of natural light (and shutters for darkness/privacy), and TV with SKY TV channels.

The apartment has all the usual mod cons - dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooking, fast wireless internet, Sky TV (in living area and bedroom), and a lovely private back garden - perfect for eating and relaxing outside in the summer.

There is no separate lounge area, however the kitchen/living area is large and has a sofa, TV and small dining table.

The apartment is close to Clapham High Street (Sainsbury's), Pure Gym & Clapham Leisure centre, several gay bars (2Brewers, The Bridge Bar & ARCH), night buses into central London & Vauxhall. It's a five minute walk to Clapham North tube (Northern line), or Clapham High St station. Clapham Common is a short walk away.

To share with two gay guys. One Australian and one British. The Australian works overseas and is away most of the time.

The room is £950 per month plus bills which are £100 per month. This includes council tax, TV licence, gas, electricity, water, Sky TV, wireless internet, and weekly cleaner who cleans common areas. One month deposit and one month rent in advance is required to move in.
