Double bedroom Clapham Common 4 weeks let

Hello,

I am looking for someone to take the 2nd double bedroom. The room is available from the Sunday 10th of January to the Sunday 7th of February. The rent for this period is 800 £ with 100 £ deposit.

The flat is located in the heart of the lovely Abbeville village. Amazing shops and restaurants are just on our door step. Very easy commute to the city with Clapham South station just 5 min away and many 24 hours buses around the corner. The exiting clapham high street is just 10 min walk and the Common is at the end of the street!

The flat is a first floor, 2 bedroom Victorian house conversation. You would share a bathroom (with bath tub) and the open living/dining/kitchen.

The room is the 2nd double bedroom, all furnished and empty.

You would be sharing with myself. I am french, 31 years old. I work as an Architect next to Battersea Park. I am also a gym instructor on my spare time.
