Central King Room with Private Bathroom (all incl.)

The flat is great, newly decorated and homely. We are a busy professional couple with a spare room, we generally work late and lead busy lives and are looking for someone who is already established in London, is tidy, easy going and leads a similarly busy life..

We are 2 minute walk from Wandsworth Rd, 15mins walk (5mins bus) from Vauxhall and 10 minuted walk to both Clapham North and Stockwell underground stations. Clapham old town is a stones throw away and has some great restaurants and brunch spots.

There is potential to extend this short term let but for the moment we are looking for a 2-month tenancy to see how it goes.

The flat is 2-bed, the main bathroom will be for exclusive use of the new tenant as we have an en-suite - the room has a large wardrobe, king sized bed and draws /cupboards. We have a 42 inch TV in the living room with a full sky package (and BT sport for those who care,...)
