Lovely, bright little room in friendly flatshare

My housemate and I are looking for a third person to take the smallest room in a good sized flat in Clapham North.

The room is a small double with a lot of built-in storage. The bed is an ingenious, comfortable single that very easily pulls out into a comfortable double. There is also a large Velux roof window that means the room is bright and pleasant.

The flat itself has broadband, a shower that actually has water pressure, washer-dryer, microwave etc. It is a very good size and well proportioned, somewhat quirkily decorated.

The location affords excellent transport links: it is just a ten minute walk from Clapham North, twelve to Clapham Common, the Overground is just a few minutes away as are the 77, 87 and 452 bus routes which mean that Battersea, Chelsea, Vauxhall are quick and easy to get to.

The area has an abundance of amenities with cafes, restaurants and bars a short walk away as well as Clapham Common, the Picturehouse Cinema and a Little Waitrose in close proximity.

Bills are pretty standard, council tax is band D.
