One room available in a two bedroom flat, ideal for a couple or a single person.

One big recently furbished bathroom with lots of storage space, an electric shower and separate bath.
One spacious kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge freezer and lots of storage space.
Huge living room fully furnished and very clean and homely, no TV but has a film projector which can link with laptops and our Sky box. There is also a small dining table and chairs in the same room.

The bedroom available has a double bed, (not the one in the photo) two big wardrobes with lots of space, a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet, so plenty of room for a couple to live in!

I work as a sous chef so I have very anti social hours but on my days off I love to socialize so please don't be a stranger around the flat!

The flat is a 5 minute walk from clapham junction station, which also has bus's directly to south Kensington, Streatham hill, tooting, and Oxford street. It is also directly outside a bus stop which is a 5 minute journey to clapham common which has the northern line underground station.

Only a 2 minute walk to a huge Asda and there are many local high street stores, restaurants and bars.

Price is £675 + bills ( roughly £80) this is the price for a single person, for a couple it would be £400 per person plus £40 bills
