Double room in Clapham Common

We are two flatmates ( Polish/ British - female and French- male, - a teacher and a trainee teacher) looking for a replacement for our friend who is moving out to start a new chapter with their partner:) The flat doesn’t have a living room or any communal areas but the bedrooms are spacious, homely and it’s just enough for three people. We are both sociable but respectful, clean, tidy, quiet and looking for someone who shares the same values ( we are looking for a person age 30+). There’s a gated parking space around the building where we keep our bikes and chill on sunny days. Tube stations/ bus stops are within walking distance as well as shops, restaurants, etc…
