One room to let in Clapham Old Town till mid-June

Hey! Letting out one more room in my place in Clapham Old Town, till mid-June. It’s a three bed place, I’m in one of the other rooms and my flatmate Dani is in the other (who’s been here for a year). Sorry, females only for the final room, as it shares a shower/loo with Dani.

Rooms:
The room is a double and has its own desk, with the room being about 15/16 sqm (the flat overall is about 140 sqm).

Naturally you have full access to the sitting room and kitchen! I’m not just seeking to rent out rooms, really looking for some super flatmates! I’ve also been on a bit of a refurbishment journey over the past few months (the place is new to me too), and would really like your input in how to keep developing it. So, if there are drawers, bedside tables, etc. which you’d like changed then can def happily chat about sorting that!

Boring stuff / utilities:
There’s full fibre internet through the flat (350mbps). All the bills are included.

Area:
You may know Clapham Old Town well but, if not, it’s a really great area. The flat’s a five min walk from Clapham Common Tube (and Waitrose and other shops), is an exact two minute walk to Virgin Active (yea, I timed it), and the same distance to a Gail’s down the street. There are a host of other shops - happy to show you the area. To be aware, there’s also a dangerously good ice cream place a few minutes walk away too. Once on the tube it takes 15 mins to get to Victoria, and I cycle (not exactly rapidly) to Westminster in 15-20 mins.
