Double room in queer flat share in Clapham

I am moving out of the flat and looking for someone to take over my place in the tenancy.
Bright double room with lots of storage in lovely queer flat near Clapham Common, 10ish minutes walk from Clapham Common tube station.
Rent is £707.40 per month, not including bills. Bills fluctuate with the seasons, but usually come to around £80-90 each per month. £150 holding deposit to secure the room once you confirm move in, then deposit of 5 weeks rent (£816.23) to be paid (less holding deposit) 2 weeks prior to move in. Benefits are accepted.
Flat is on the second floor, accessed by two flights of 14 steps each on the outside. Unfortunately, there is no lift. Inside, the flat is over two floors, with kitchen, living room and my (soon to be YOUR) bedroom on the first floor, and three other bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor. One flight of 13 stairs inside connecting the two floors, and again, unfortunately, no lift.
You would be living with three wonderful, creative queer people. They are:
Thomy (they/them) – 26, actor who also works in HR. Hobbies include gaming and terrible puns.
Aea (she/her) – 27, writer, poet and editor. Buzzfeed confirmed psychopath but remarkably personable nonetheless.
Izzy (she/her) – 26, works in marketing, likes reading, music, going to gigs, generally being the coolest in the flat (could you usurp her in this title? Only time will tell…).
