I am a current tenant and this room has been fantastic, I am moving out as I am looking to relocate in to central London!

We are a house of very kind young professional flat mates, we all get along, with a range of ages from 23-32. There is a great balance of being social, going for drinks etc. while still respecting everyone's desire to live in a peaceful and clean space. :-)

The house is also in a perfect location, seeming to be within walking distance to pretty much anything you could need! We are an 8 minute walk from Clapham Common station and the high street, 10 minutes walking from the Common itself, an 8 minute walk from beautiful Abbeville Village, and 15 minutes walking to Brixton too!

The house is available for viewings, to move in from 01/05/2024, it is let through Capital Living, who have been excellent in managing any concerns. :-)
