Large Room in Flat overlooking Clapham Common

4-Month Lease - After over 2.5 years of living in this great flat, I will soon be moving in with friends, and am therefore looking for someone to take over my room!

You'll be sharing with Jocelyn and Caoimhe. Jocelyn works in the civil service and Caoimhe works in the fashion industry - both are very easy and enjoyable to live with, and help keep a friendly and clean flat.

The room available is a medium double, coming fully furnished with a double bed, comfortable mattress, tallboy, built in wardrobe and a desk. The room also features a large window overlooking the building's private communal garden.

The flat itself has a spacious living room overlooking Clapham Common, and a kitchen which has everything you need; including washing machine and dryer. There is also a small '4th bedroom' which we use for storage and for guests as there is a single bed within. The flat is set within a Victorian mansion block which gives access to parking (permit required) and the previously mentioned large communal garden. The garden is really lovely and often gets used for barbecues and drinks throughout the year.

Located really well, the flat is a stone-throw from the Common, and is just a short distance from lots of amenities and public transport links including;
- Clapham South tube: 2 minute walk
- Clapham Junction station: 15-20 minute walk
- Balham Underground / Overground: 10 minute walk
- Large Tesco's, Sainsburys and M&S: all a 2 minute walk

For the specifics, the monthly rent is £889 (including bills). Outside of the normal bills, we also get a cleaner in every 2-3 weeks, which is another £10 on each occasion. Deposit of £1,017
