1 furnished room available in modern split level flat located between Clapham Common and Clapham North. Great for commuting to the city. Both Clapham North & Common tube stations are 5mins walk away. Good size room available with good storage. You will share the bathroom with one other but it is a 3 piece modern bathroom.

Ideally looking for a professional female age 26-31 who is clean and tidy. Looking for someone who has lived in London for a while and has their own things going on but keen to socialise in the evenings etc.

Rent: £985 per month.
Bills (energy, council tax, Wi-Fi and water): £131.47 a month
Deposit is £1,000.
The lease would be till Aug 2025.
