Clapham Common houseshare, 2 rooms (female Preferred)

Hiya! We are looking for 2 sociable and outgoing female professionals to join our house (aged 24-30yrs) on our existing contract. We have 2 rooms going in our 4 bedroom house.

A bit about the house:

The house is on the main High Street with all the local amenities that you could possibly need at your doorstep. Honestly, the locations a dream!

• lots of supermarkets (Iceland, Waitrose & a big Sainsburys),
• Lots of coffee shops, a boots (pharmacy)
• Lots of bars and restaurants.
• It's next to the station (you can get the northern line into central so quick)
• The park is 2 seconds away (no garden, but lot of access to green spaces for summer).

• 4 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms and 2 showers,
• Kitchen with a pantry area
• Separate spacious living room

A bit about your housemates:

We are really friendly and sociable, (25 & 26) working full time. We met on spare room and have our own social lives with existing friendship circles in London. But we are also friends and do things with each other often. We both love galleries, fashion, drinks on the common or coffee walks.

A bit about what we are looking looking for:

• 2 female professionals (landlords preference sorry!)
• general vibe of quiet and calm during the week, but people over at the weekends and happy for gatherings & the odd party.
• Can move in soon (The move in date is from whenever the change of tenancy on the contracts can be sorted).

Need to knows:

• Bills are about 80-100pm
• You will need to go on the contract and this is not a sublet.
• You will need to pass typical referencing standards, so earning over the threshold amount for the £720 rent(2.5x Salary) and have prior references.
