You will be sharing with one other (me, the owner, a gay guy).

The room is a large double with a double bed and thermal blackout curtains. It has large amounts of storage owing to the 2 x double custom-built wardrobes, mirrors, and space under the bedframe.

The flat is spacious and has just been redecorated, including replacing all the windows & doors and appliances. The new windows and doors keep the flat toasty in the winter and cool in the summer and provide excellent noise insulation (not needed in the quiet location).

A BRAND NEW £13K BATHROOM will be installed at the end of May. This includes an inbuilt waterfall shower, marble worktops, a new large towel rail, a heated mirror, and a larger bath. I've included 2 pictures of the new design.

The laminate flooring is also being entirely replaced with beautiful solid oak, again at the end of May.

This ground-floor flat has a large living area with a separate dining space, a separate good-sized kitchen (with dishwasher, etc.) and outside space. See photos. There is also a secured parking space available (at extra cost).

The price includes all bills. The flat has fibre broadband (144 mps) and subscriptions to Apple TV, Prime and Disney+. It's also a full Apple HomeKit smart home.

I'm looking to share with a professional who is considerate/mindful and will treat the space with care and respect. And cleanliness/tidiness is an absolute must.

I'm open to considering LGBTQ+ and hetero-women as flatmates.

Smokers are ok, but smoking will need to be in outside space.

About me: I’m a senior HR professional with an outgoing, upbeat personality. During the week, I’m all about work and clean living, while my weekends are about seeing friends and family.

I work from home two days per week (Mon-Fri), and on the other three days, I'm usually home around 16:30, where I do two further hours. I'm open to considering flatmates with hybrid working patterns, but not 100% remote.
