Modern & spacious Clapham High st double room

Hi,

I'm Deirdre, 28, from Ireland and work in tech sales as an Account Executive.

I've lived in this flat for 2.5 years and love it. My two flatmates happen to be moving out both at the end of April, so there will be two double rooms each with their own bathroom available for May 1st.

The flat is located at the end of a lane off the middle of Clapham High Street. It's a modern building with only about 10 flats in the development, making it nice and quiet despite the central location.

The landlord, David is great and replaced all the mattresses, carpets and repainted the flat in January this year so everything is nice and fresh. With the two girls moving out, he is also going to organise a deep clean ahead of new tenants moving in.

I'm looking for professional, clean and easy going flatmates to take over the two rooms available in the flat. We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks however looking to find flatmates to keep the flat clean day to day also.

I'm in Ireland until April 8th but would welcome a face time or phone call, and can coordinate a viewing with one of the girls who is moving out during the coming week.
