Hey all, we have a double room with private bathroom available in Clapham Junction from June, as sadly our flatmate is moving out to move in with her partner.

The room available is a large double with plenty of room for a desk and you’ll have your own large private bathroom as seen in the pictures. Perfect for someone who wants a social vibe but still has there own space.

Cost: £1100 pcm not including bills, bills are approximately £100 including council tax.

The flat: a spacious two bedroom lower ground flat with a private south facing garden ☀️

Clapham Junction is a 5-10 minute walk (depending how fast you walk 😂) and Clapham Common underground is a 5-10 minute bus.

We are also down the road from Northcote Road which has a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

A bit about us:
I work in skincare in a clinic in Fitzrovia. My hobbies include a bit of spinning and exploring new places and activities.

My partner works in finance and is quite keen on sports. He's Italian so can also cook a great pasta sauce 😍

We both enjoy F1, trying new places to eat and just chilling and going for drinks now and then.
