2 GIRLS AND ONE GUY LOOKING FOR ANOTHER MALE ROOMMATE.

Hi, I am looking for someone to replace me on the lease of this cozy room located between Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town due to moving abroad with work. The rest of the house is made up of 3 laid-back, friendly professionals, looking for sociable, professional, friendly, non-smoker, responsible and clean flatmate to join the house.

The initial term would be for 3 months from the start of May until the current lease finishes at the end of July, however the current housemates are looking for someone who would be interested in renewing at the end of the current lease.

The current room rent is £665 with bills coming to ~£90 a month.

The house is located 5 minutes walking to the river, 10 mins to Clapham Junction, 10 min to Wandsworth town station, 3 mins to local buses and 3 mins walking to the bike point.

The room has a double bed with window to the garden and a separate cupboard in the room with a clothes rail and set of drawers. In addition there is a social area with TV & sofas, a big garden, and a shared kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a tumble-dryer.
