Double Room, near Clapham Junction, 2 month sublet

On May 5th I am moving out of my double room in a well-sized 3 bed flat, located between the Northcote Road and Clapham Common.

This is a 2 month sub let, lasting until the 9th July when our contract ends. Our landlord has decided to sell the property and the contract will not be renewing.

You'll be living with Ben and George, two sociable lads who enjoy sports such as running & cycling, watching the football, and participating in flat meals during the week. They're both clean and tidy and have been super easy to live with.

🏡 Room/Flat Details: 🏡

The room is well furnished, and comes with a double bed that has six large drawers built into the bed frame (3 on each side), a large chest of drawers, and a huge double height wardrobe on the landing which you would have all to yourself.

There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, both of which have showers. You would be sharing the top floor bathroom with Ben, one of the lads in the house.

The kitchen is pretty much brand new, and the flat is furnished to a very high standard which has made it feel like a great place to live.

💰 Rent/Bills 💰

Rent is £1,033/m
Bills come to around £100/m, but we've only really needed the heating on in winter as the flat is very well insulated, with carpets running throughout the flat except the kitchen/living room.

The flat itself is on a very quiet, safe road, in a nice area close to lots of bars and restaurants but far enough away that you don't hear any of the noise.

The room will be available from May 5th so I would be looking for someone to take over my tenancy around then. The tenancy ends on July 9th, making this a 2 month sublet.
