Double room in Clapham Juncition - short term

We have a bright and sunny double room available for a short term let of 2 months in a beautiful home near Clapham Junction station.

I will be traveling for a couple of months and am looking to rent my room from 24th April for 2 months. The dates are slightly flexible.

The Location:
The house is a 3 minute walk to Clapham Junction train station with trains to Victoria or Waterloo taking 10 minutes. There are direct trains to Gatwick Airport and bus routes just up the road.

Everything you need is on your doorstep - Fitness First gym, Waitrose, M&S, Lidl, and a huge Asda. Northcote Road has a great mix of bars and restaurants and Battersea Park is a 10 minutes walk away.

The Room:
Bright and cozy, south-facing room with a double bed, fully furnished.

The House:
This is a beautiful quiet home. We have a large clean kitchen and a bright spacious living room/dining room which opens onto a raised patio area with a garden.

Cost:
As it is a short let the bills will be included with the rent. Total £1,000 per month.

You will be living with two lovely women.

This place would suit someone who is looking for a chilled comfortable home, even if it is just for a couple of months..
