Lovely fully furnished double room in spacious 3 bed flat available 8 mins walk from Clapham Junction. Really great transport links and minutes from high street.

You’d be sharing a bathroom with just one other as one of the rooms has an en-suite. Building feels really safe as it’s an old school converted into modern flats with a roof terrace.

Bills should be pretty cheap as council tax is the cheapest borough.

Looking for someone to join me and my flatmate Gray after a third person dropped out.

We can be a bit flexible on move in dates but ideally no later than 13 April as we are waiting for a third person before we move in ourselves.

A bit about me and Gray:

I’m 27, work as a civil servant. I like travelling, film photography, going to the pub (very up for house trips) and exploring different parts of London. Also love going to see live music!

Gray is 22, born in Korea and used to live in the States before coming to london. She works as a cabin crew based in gatwick and have shifts sometimes early mornings and late nights. Very social, likes to go to parks and pubs, cooking and a24 films.
