My housemates are moving out to live with their girlfriends so looking to fill the rooms (promise it’s not me). The first room is available from the 13th April with the second becoming free on the 28th April. The current contract runs until the 19th May so you will take over for a month or so on the current contract before resigning for a full year. The price of the room is without bills which come out at around £75-85 a month, including council tax D.
The house is currently a relaxed vibe but kept tidy so keen to keep it that way. The main bonus of this house is all the outdoor space so I’m very excited for summer ☀️
