Hi all, looking for 2 girls to take over my flatmates rooms who are moving closer to work. Our lease runs to October but there is the option to extend past that.

A bit about the flat:
- 5 min walk to station
- Bus stop right outside
- Close to Northcote Road (every amenity you could need)
- 3 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom
- 1st floor, no lift sorry
- Small terrace

I myself am 26 years old, work in real estate and in a relationship. I’m in the office 5 days a week and at the gym most evenings too. I’m away or out frequently on the weekends. Looking for someone with a similar set up to move in!
