We are looking for two clean and sociable house mates aged 23+ to join this LGBT friendly house.

This amazing house has a large open plan kitchen, living room and a good sun trap garden with a BBQ and bike rack! It’s such a great house for entertaining.

Room 1 - Large room with a king size bed and built in wardrobe and storage. This room shares a bathroom with 1 other housemate, it has a bath, shower and toilet.

Deposit: £1000

Room 2 - Large room with king size bed and built in wardrobe and storage. This room has an ensuite.
Available: 18th of May.
Rent: £815
Deposit: £1000

Bills:
Approx £70/£80/month including wifi, gas, electric, water and council tax.

About Us:
We are a fun social house who enjoy spending time with each other, from chilling and binge watching series to enjoying drinks over the weekend. We enjoy going out, going to the pubs, gym, sports, travelling, festivals, events etc. We both have separate lives and groups of friends outside of the house but we are both very chilled and people are always welcome over. We are looking for someone like minded and on the same vibe. Please no gamers.

Requiremenst:
Our landlord requires you to provide the following documents;

1) right to rent in UK
2) ID,
3) last 3 months bank statements
4) confirmation letter of employment signed by the manager / boss.
