Location
Asda superstore at the end of the road, lots of good pubs, bars, charity shops (Northcote road!) and restaurants around. A 10 min walk to Clapham Junction Station and lots of buses into central London.

Flatmates
27 and 28 year old gals, events management and solicitor. Two very lovely girls that I’m very sad to be leaving! Everyone gets along really well and we hang out as a flat as well as having our own social lives. We like to keep the flat tidy so would be looking for someone to keep up those standards.

Rent
The rent will be £967 per month until August (when the contract renews - likely to go up to £1050).

Bills
The bills are around £90-100 per month each.
