It’s a double room that was formerly the living room so it’s massive! It does mean unfortunately that the flat does not have a communal living space other than the kitchen and breakfast bench.
The room really has the potential to be super cute so pls ignore the way it’s decorated by the current occupant 😫
The landlords are installing a wardrobe/new draws too!
Would be perfect for someone who works from home as there is a desk in the room (not pictured as it’s not set up yet)

Location is perfect and super close to nearly every supermarket you can think of, restaurants, TKMAX, Northcote Road, less than 5 minutes to Clapham junction station or 15mins on the bus to Clapham common underground.

You will be living with myself (25) and Sidrah (30) both young professionals. Looking for someone around the same age as us also preferably working 9-5 or similar hours. We’re both social and often eat dinner together or go for a drink and want someone who will also be social within the flat 💃🏽 we both love fashion, marketing, travel, coffee or matcha hunting, the usual girly tings 🎀

Sadly no furry friends allowed and no couples 🐈

We will be doing viewings this Saturday 4 May and need to fill the room asap before our leasing agent fills the room with a random 🍋
