Hello! I am looking for a new housemate to move into the flat I rent, located directly between Clapham North and Brixton.

THE FLAT

The flat is really generous in size for two people, and comes with an open plan kitchen / living space. It also boasts a spacious garden that is perfect for socialising and BBQs (weather permitting) in the Summer.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

LOCATION

In terms of transport links, it's very well connected:

- Clapham North (Northern Line) ~ 7 min walk
- Brixton and Stockwell (Victoria / Northern Line) ~ 11 min walk
- Clapham High Street (Overground) ~ 10 min walk

ABOUT ME

I'm an easygoing, sociable person, who enjoys binging the latest box set as much as going out. I love music, TV, cooking and spending time with friends. I work in public transport and work from home 2-3 times per week. Looking for someone who is also easygoing, and clean!! Happy to hang out in the flat or if you prefer to fly solo, happy for you to do you.
