Spacious Kingsize loft conversion with en-suite

We’re Beth and Laura (both 29) and our lovely flatmate Sophie is moving to NYC so we’re looking for someone to take her room in our flat in Clapham North. Beth is an HR Business Partner at a law firm in the city and Laura works in sales remotely. We both get on really well and love the occasional night at one of the many pubs in the area, a run around the common, or binging TV in the lounge (9/10 times it will be Friends on loop). Both also equally fans of our own space and don’t take offence if either just fancies time in their rooms.

The flat has 4 bedrooms but only 3 are rented out. The 4th smallest room is set up as a spare for guests if we have them. The flat is well situated on the 2nd floor of our building, just off Clapham high street down the road from a Sainsburys local and literally a 3 minute walk to Clapham North tube. We have a great shared living room/kitchen space and access to a small ‘balcony’ (fire escape really - but it serves the same purpose!) and a courtyard we share with the other two flats in the building. Beth knows our landlord and landlady personally and they are brilliant and really responsive.

The room is tucked away on the top floor by itself and has its own bathroom with rainfall shower that will be just for your use as we share the downstairs bathroom. It is really spacious and there is tonnes of storage available and a king size bed. There is a desk and chair in the room should you need to work from home, and best of all air-conditioning for the few hot days in the summer!

The room is available from 1 June 2024, rent is £950pcm and bills come to about £140 each a month.

Ideally we’re looking for someone close in age (late 20s/early 30s as we’ve done the first place post-uni vibe).
