This bedroom is available in a house in Clapham.
Nearest tube stop is Clapham North 5 minutes walk.
Stockwell Station is also 12 minutes walk.
Clapham High Street station is 6 minutes walk.

The room is available at a price of £750 a month without bills ( £830 with bills, including internet and council tax).

Large house with 5 other housemates- 2 girls and 3 boys. It's a sociable house, but it's always kept pretty clean and there are never any issues with noise at night. The other housemates would ideally like somebody who is also relatively sociable.

Big south facing garden with a hammock and outside table and chairs. Bedroom is small, but comfortable. At the moment I don't have a desk in the room because I don't work from home, but if you would like it put back in there then please let me know.

I am moving out for the period of May 1st - August 24th. This is because I'm a teacher and am going to be away for the summer on holidays and School trips. Therefore of course you would not be paying the full £750 for August.
There could be a small amount of flexibility on these dates- just let me know.
