I'm sadly moving out of my lovely houseshare, so we're looking for a friendly, young professional female to move in.

Our house is in a quiet, gated mews in Clapham South with three floors, a garage and garden. There's a large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a downstairs WC, and a bathroom. There's plenty of space to work from home in either the lounge/dining area or the bedroom, and we have a balcony off the back of the living room.

The room itself is situated on the 3rd floor, has plenty of light, a double bed (mattress included), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers (different to the ones shown in images) with the option to have a clothes rail and a bedside cabinet.

The rent is £950 with bills coming to appox. £85-£90 (depending on the month), which we sort ourselves.

We are located 3 mins walk from Clapham South tube station and Clapham common, and close to all the local amenities including supermarkes (M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury, Aldi), coffee shops, restaurants and pubs.

You'll be joining two very lovely young professionals, Phoebe, a 27 year old PR Manager, and Jasmyn, a 26 year old Trainee Solicitor. Both work from home 1/2 days a week (usually Mondays and Fridays). While we all have our separate lives, we love a catch-up over dinner or while watching TV together in the evenings, and enjoy the odd night out (or in) together too!

We’re looking for someone who is a similar age, non-smoker, friendly and tidy, and who will make this house a home like we have and become a friend, not just a housemate.
