We have one double room available in the highly sought after location of Clapham South.

PREFERENCES:
We are looking for a housemate (to replace our current housemate Nicky). Professional male or female to join us (Amelia, Susana and Zack).
Earliest move in date is May 27th has to be paid from then.

The Location:
The Common is 1 min walk at the end of our street.
5 mins walk to Clapham South station, 10 minute walk to Balham underground, as well as multiple buses on our door step. Not to mention a tonne of wonderful pubs and cafes in walking distance! Tesco / Marks and Sparks / Aldi on the doorstep.

The Housemates:
You would be living with Susana 44 and Zack 27 both finance and Amelia 27. We are a super friendly bunch who love to have a laugh, hang out, watch rubbish TV and a drink together however we do all have our own lives outside too.

The room:
Is a double room with provided double bed. Large wall to wall built in wardrobes, and carpet flooring.

The house itself is completely open plan with guest toilet downstairs and great natural lighting.
We have a large sized kitchen perfect for the foodies among us and a lovely shared living room.
The dining room opens out onto a sun trap garden equipped with outside furniture, BBQ and space for bikes.
Main shower shared between 3 people as the 4th room has an ensuite.

The boring bit:
The rent for the room is £800
Bills: Come to around £150 which includes all the usuals (inc. broadband) and a cleaner twice per month. We do all muck in to keep it clean between then.
General household items also come out of the bills account.
