The house:
- 4 storey house with 5 bedrooms - the house is massive and we’re never usually all in so it feels super spacious
- 5 minutes walk from Clapham South tube station
- Huge living room with dining table & 6 chairs for hosting
- Modern kitchen with coffee machine, air fryer, oven, microwave & fridge/freezer, plus another freezer
- 2 shared bathrooms, 1 en-suite & another toilet so you’ll only be sharing a bathroom with one other person
- Garden with fire pit and outdoor seating

The housemates:
- 4 lovely girls working in social media, sales and law - ages 27-30
- Lovers of travel, Zara, 1Rebel and exploring London’s food scene

Rent is £975 which includes bills and a bi-weekly cleaner. Sometimes in winter we will pay an additional £20-50 each depending on how much we get for our car parking spaces that subsidise the majority of our bills typically.

The parking money also goes towards communal house bits like toilet paper, fairy liquid, ketchup etc so it really is a steal!
