Hoping to find people who are up for socialising, going to the pub, walks around the common and chilling on the sofa watching some trashy tv in the evening, but also who enjoys quiet time by themselves 😊

Price: £983 each without bills. Deposit is first months rent + £25 change of tenancy fee each

Breakdown of bills split between 3:
- council tax £76
- gas and electric roughly £40 each (less in summer months)
- water £12.18
- WiFi £13.27
- we also have a cleaner than comes every two weeks which is £17.33 each

Both rooms are furnished with bed and large built in wardrobes and plenty of desk space so ideal for WFH!

Available for 8 month lease with option for renewal at the end of this

Requirements:
- 26-35, preferably female
- No couples
- No students - Must have a job as the landlords carry out checks to ensure a salary etc.
