Cosy room in friendly flatshare in Clapham South

We currently have a lovely, affordable room available in our Clapham South flatshare.

It comes fully furnished ( bed, shelf, cupboard, mirror), and you have the option of a single or double bed, depending on how much floor space you want :)
Could definitely fit a desk in with a single bed.

We have a shared living room with a tv that has Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus :)
We have a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine and tumble dryer). There's also a bathroom with shower/bath and a separate toilet.
Bills aren't included but tend to be around £60 a month all inclusive and cover council tax, water, electricity, wifi etc. Our council tax is band D. So in total, you'll be paying around £580 a month for rent and bills.
There is also space in the entrance area to safely leave a bike if you cycle!

The flat itself is really well located, with Clapham South station a 5 minute walk away, Balham station a 10 min walk away and several bus stops just a minute's walk down the street.
There are several large grocery shops including a large Tesco's and Sainsburys nearby. Plenty of entertainment, pubs, shops and restaurants on Balham high street and Clapham high street too. And obviously there's Clapham Common and Tooting Bec if you want to go for a stroll in a park, both less than 10 minutes walk away.

Not biased at all, but the flatmates are pretty cool too.

Jess works in the art industry, and loves going to galleries and swimming. Can also be easily convinced to watch glee with a glass of wine!

Laith is our local Aussie, working as a teacher. He loves going dancing, as well as travelling around Europe and various parts of the UK. We often do flat trips together so if you move in you can share the fun!

Cat works as a scientist (pretty cool) and loves doing arts and crafts - she will happily run an earring making workshop if that's your deal. She also loves going for a swim, increasingly outdoors as the weather gets warmer.

We like to keep the flat clean, and it is important whoever moves in is LGBTQ+ friendly. We're all sociable but also give everyone their space to lead independent lives. Would be fun to watch a movie all together or despair over the state of the society we currently live in every now and then!
