Bright spacious house looking for 4th bedroom

Hi girls,

We’re looking for someone to move into our lovely house in Clapham South from 20 June as we renew our contract for the year (unfortunately our beaut housemate is moving out with her boyfriend)

You’d be living with Meg (29), Marie (26) and Steph (31). We’re all friends either from uni or through living in a previous house share. Whilst we have quite busy work lives, we enjoy relaxed evenings in and cooking together!

The house & location
Large 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with a separate kitchen/diner and living room, and private garden

5 min walk from Clapham South tube station with a large Tesco right by it. There is also a small Sainsbury’s and M&S nearby, with the big Sainsbury’s in Balham only a 10 min walk away.

The room
Small double room facing the garden, where you would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person. The room is furnished. There is no desk in the room but we have one in the living room which you can use when working from home.

Bills are about £100pm on top which includes Internet and netflix!

Tenancy requirements from the landlord
- Full time employment with a permanent contact
- Pass reference checks / right to rent e. g earning 2.5 x your share of the rent
