Rent is £630pcm (bills around £100/month including a cleaner who comes to do communal areas twice a month). A deposit of £487.50 will be required which will be put into DPS)

The room is on the second floor and is a double with plenty of storage and is fully furnished: double bed, bedside table, set of drawers and a double wardrobe. (Extra storage space under the bed)

The bright, airy, fully furnished flat is spread over the top two floors of a terraced house. There is a shared living room and kitchen and two bathrooms which means you’ll be sharing with one other person that is also on the 2nd floor of the flat.

The other tenants are 3 lovely ladies (Mary, Liv and Leah) all 30 and are looking for a friendly sociable female. The flat is a great price for Clapham/Balham, and would suit a professional looking for a social house. We all enjoy hanging out together but at the same time appreciate each other's space.

We also have a private landlord who is great and always happy to help with any issues/things that need sorting within the house.
