Looking for one more housemate for a 3 bed flat
My friend Eve and I may have secured a 3 bed flat in Clapham South (please dm for pictures) so are looking for one more to join us! Preferably aged 23-26, working full time with a salary over 33k for referencing. Please message me if you’re available to FaceTime/meet this weekend and are interested!
*The room will be about £1080 without bills on a 3 year contract (1.5 yr break clause)*
A little bit about us:
- Eve works in law and I work in marketing (in fragrance/makeup so I will come home with freebies 💗)
- We are both Bristol grads
- We love days out in London, especially a brunch, walk or gallery
- We’d like a social house and really value spending time at home together with meals and film nights
-We both love a boogie on the weekend but are super respectful when coming back!
