Double room in Clapham South!

I live with three amazing flatmates (Australian, British and Dutch) but sadly I have to leave the flat as I am moving to Australia! Therefore, we're looking for someone to move into a furnished double bedroom.

The bedroom (£670 pcm) comes with the double bed and white drawers. As seen in the photos, it has space for additional shelves and a small desk too so you can work from home if necessary.

There are four bedrooms in the flat total, a spacious kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, and a large living room (with a big IKEA sofa bed that's great for hosting!). There is also a terrace overlooking some green space with chairs and a small table.

We're a 4 min walk from both the Clapham South station and Clapham Common, and we have every grocery store chain imaginable within a short walking distance.

The landlord offers a rolling contract right from the beginning, though out of respect for our flatmates, we ask that you only consider if you plan on staying for at least 6 months.

Your future flatmates: Marco, Corijn and Anna! They are all very respectful and lovely flatmates who enjoy coming together for a dinner/film/game nights every so often but also have their own lives.

Marco (34) works in industrial design. He's an Aussie that has been living in London for 4+ years and loves to explore new places and fun activities throughout the city. Also known to bake cookies for the flat.

Corijn (24) is a PhD student in mathematics. He is a fabulous cook, aspiring pianist and provider of snacks from the Netherlands (is there a theme developing here?!),

Anna (27) works at a economic consultancy. Anna has a wonderful eye for for art (and a degree in fashion!), enjoys a book club and hosting a games night.

Energy: depends throughout the year, averages £30/month (higher in the winter but lower in the warmer months)
Water: £13.47/month (fixed)
Council tax: £21.25/month (fixed)
Wifi: £8.02/month (fixed)
