Large room available in cute Clapton house. Available any time between 2-13 June. You will be required to sign on to the new lease so will need to go through references etc.
Room is £1200 bills excluded. Bills are roughly £120-150 per month.
You will be living with Daniel and myself (both 32). We like to hang when we’re both about but both usually out and about. Otherwise we like a chilled house. In summer we like a little garden vibe and we’re often watching football together.
The house is really cute and has a nice garden. It’s right near Clapton station (a 2 min walk) so takes like 10 mins to get to Liverpool.
