Looking for a housemate - lovely Clapton house

Double room in Clapton, available from the 10th June (+- couple of days if needed) as our housemate is moving in with her partner.

The house is a huge Victorian townhouse, on a quiet backroad on the end of a terrace. The rooms are bright and spacious, with a lovely sunken level and open plan kitchen and dining room. There are two separate toilets, and one shower/bathroom. Also a utility room and a huge garden which is absolutely divine now we’re approaching summer!

Please note - the room in the photos will have the walls painted back to white :)

Less than a 5-minute walk to Clapton overground, ideal for commuting into central. You're in the heart of trendy Clapton, with lots of nice pubs and restaurants nearby

You'll join me and my 2 other housemates - Paddy and Louis. We’re a sociable and fun house but everyone has their own thing going on and respects one another's space.

Who we're looking for:
- Someone friendly and social - we alternate cooking for each other, enjoy trips to the pub as a house & hosting the odd gathering / bbq!
- Being clean and tidy is an absolute must - we all pull our weight with this and expect you to as well :)

Boring bits: as this is a name change on the contract, you’ll have to submit references to the landlord and pay a share of the deposit. Price of room listed doesn’t incl. bills
