En suite double room

Hello everyone,
We live in 3 bedroom flat by the canal in Clapton. The location is great, 10 min walking from Clapton overground, 3 min walking from a coop, and the marshes are super close, great for a walk during the summer.

FLAT
Your room would be a big en-suite double room on the top floor. You would also have storage which is a good size. And We have a living room and a balcony downstairs.
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor and the living room, and my bedroom on the downstairs and a toilet!

FLATMATES
Currently living here is me, I’m 25, I work 3 days a week in a nursery nearby, and currently looking for a full time job! I enjoy cooking or watching a movie. I very chill, easy going, and sociable! we are not a party flat and respect other’s privacy. So if you either want to have a drink on the weekend, or hangout in the living room or be in your room doing your own thing is fine!
I am also very clean and tidy, so I'm looking for someone who’s the same!!

FLATMATE 2
Cat has one of the rooms upstairs, she is super nice and lovely! She is 31 and from Portugal. Works as a Freelance Designer in the Fashion/Art/Lifestyle industry. Enjoys going to art exhibitions, to see live music and going to the cinema. Works half from home/half from the office.

BILLS
We would pay around 160£ bills a month each, but that can change!
