Double Room to share all bills included 70ppw

We now have a spare double room to share with another girl, in our 3 bedrooms house in Clapton, Hackney.
The room is big and bright and you'll be sharing it with a 29 years old girl.
The house has a big fitted kitchen, 3 spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom.
You will share it with 5 italian boys. We are all professionals in our early twenties, and we all know each other very well for quite a long time, so someone of nearly same age is welcome to join a very familiar environment.

The house is located in Lower Clapton road and it has good transport links.
The nearest tube stations are Finsbury Park Station on Victoria line, and Manor House Station on Piccadilly line, both are just 15-20 mins away by bus.
Liverpool street station is just 10 mins by train from Hackney Downs Station (3 mins by bus) or Clapton Station (5 mins walking).
In the night N38 takes you in Piccadilly Circus in half an hour.

The rent price is 70£ pw and we ask for two weeks deposit in advance to be paid together with the first week of rent.
