I live in a beautiful Victorian terrace in Clapton, 10 minutes walk from Stoke Newington's vibrant Church Street and it's abundance of amenities, 10 minute walk from trendy Clapton Pond and 15 - 20 minutes from Chatsworth road not to mention a 5 minute walk from my favorite pizza in London 'Sodo'!

The property was recently renovated to a very high standard. I live with my cat Percy, I work from home most of the week, I am a creative professional working in film, so naturally love film, food, travel and music... and cats. I have extra unused space so have decided to offer a room up for rent as its such a nice room and currently going to waste.

I am looking to rent out my lovely large ground floor double room, with large sash window 950 bills included (electricity, gas, water, council tax, highspeed wireless broadband) also free parking on the road outside.
