The flat is 7 minutes walk from Clapton station which is 11 minutes to Liverpool Street where you will find excellent connections. There are fantastic night bus services to Central London. The flat is a 15 minute walk from the restaurants and bars on Church Street, Stokey.
If you like the outdoors, there are excellent walks and cycle routes as the flat is situated next to the Lea River and both Hackney and Walthamstow Marshes. Chatsworth Market is a 10 minute walk via the canal and through the park.

The flat is shared with one other, a young professional female (in her 30's). She is a very sociable and outgoing person. She works in Education and has a busy social life, so you will have some evenings and weekends to yourself.
