Amazing double room in Clapton by Millfields Park

Hello all!

We are looking for a new flatmate to take my room as I am taking a sabbatical to travel the world! The room will be available on the 1st of Nov.

The room you will have is the largest bedroom in a detached Victorian house in Clapton Pond. There are 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and a rear garden. The room available has 4 windows with a great views to Millfields Park and includes a king size bed, a huge guardrope, a drawer and a futon. There is a table and chair which I’d like to get rid of for half the price I paid (I bought it two years ago and didn’t use it at all!).

The price of the room is £590/month. Council tax is £30/month, water, electricity and gas around £30/month.

Currently there are 4 Spaniards in their late 20's / early 30's living in the property. We are friends and we are looking for someone who fits into this friendly house. We really want the house to be HOME not just a place to sleep. We are quiet during the week, working long hours but always up for a drink or tea/coffee a socialise a bit. On the weekends we like to keep ourselves busy (going out in Dalton, Shoreditch, gigs, art exhibitions,..)

About us:
Ander: 2 years in London and recently started working in architecture studio. Like indie music and cycling
David: sound engineer working in London for 2 years.
Mari: working in barbican and in London for over a year

We are renting the property thought an agency, meaning that the new tenant will have pay the reference and administration fee of £175. 00 inc VAT. Sorry about that but there is nothing we can do about this!
