We are looking for two flatmates to start a friendly, social house. We've just leased a lovely 4 bedroom in Clapton with a great big living room, kitchen, and garden and need to find two people to make it a home.

If you're getting in contact it would be great if you're ready to apply by the end of this week as we're going through the paperwork on Friday (i. e. references etc.). However the move-in date is not until January 2nd.

Tom has lived and worked in London for the last four years. He works as a media producer, long(ish) hours.
Strengths: Calm under pressure, extremely personable, great beard, can sleep anywhere.
Weaknesses: Sleeps anywhere.
Signature dish: Syrian Chicken.

Robin just arrived in London from Melbourne and also works in film.
Strengths: Very easy going, works miracles with leftovers, impeccable sense of direction.
Weaknesses: Can't grow a beard.
Signature dish: Extremely fluffy pancakes.

We are both Australian (the good kind - no really). We're very clean and house-proud and are looking for relaxed and sociable housemates.

Good conversation and personal space are held in high regard. And of course enjoy a shared drink, meal, and the occasional house party.
