Double room to let in Colindale from end of April

A double room is available to rent from end of April around Colindale area, open to short let as well, e. g. 3 to 6 months, great for tenant who works around central London or studies at Middlesex University.

Due to Colindale station closure in June, bus 186 is literally downstairs and only takes 10 mins total journey time to Hendon Central station or Middlesex University, which takes the same amount of time as the tube currently. And the bus runs every 10 mins. Other bus route 113, 303 are also available to Hendon Central or Brent Cross.

From Hendon Central then 20 mins northern line to kings cross and 30 mins to Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square.

In terms of the flat there is a Tesco downstairs, and 15-20 mins walk to Asda, Aldi, Chinese supermarket and Bang Bang food court

Bedroom is facing south west so is warm and have plenty sunshine. Although the bedroom is not en-suite however there is a separate bedroom just for the tenant to use (see attached picture)

Bill is all inclusive including electricity, water, wifi, council tax, TV license, and even included gym/swimming pool/sauna
