Hello! I'm Bhavik and am looking to rent my spare large double bedroom, available from 1st June.

About the apartment:

- Two double bedrooms in total
- Two bathrooms in total (en-suite in my bedroom and the main bathroom will be yours)
- On the third floor of a very secure building, with a lift and secure bike storage
- Furnished with an ottoman double bed (with storage), built in wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair
- £950/mth rent. Utilities bill not included.
- No pets and smoke free

Location:
- 6 min walk to Colindale station
- Bus stop just outside the flat
- 20mins to Euston/King's Cross
- 25mins to Central London (Leicester square, Charing Cross, Tottenham Court Road)
- Nearby pubs, cafes, restaurants, Sainsburys/Tesco/Asda/Morrisons all walking distance

The flat has a balcony and amenities such as dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, iron etc.

I've recently moved back to London (from Derby) and am looking for a clean, tidy and considerate flatmate to share my place with.

I'm an Aerospace engineer working at Rolls-Royce usually in the office 2 days a week, wfh otherwise.
